You can request to cancel an order before it has been processed or shipped.
Generally, orders are processed within 1-24 hours, depending on the order volume.
If an order has already been handed over to the courier, it can no longer be canceled, but you can refuse the package upon delivery or subsequently request a return in accordance with our Return Policy.

If the cancellation is accepted before shipping:
- Payments made online by card will be refunded within 3-14 business days, depending on the issuing bank.
- Refunds are made using the same payment method used when placing the order.
4. Cancellation by the merchant
We reserve the right to cancel an order in exceptional situations, such as:
- the product is out of stock
- payment was not completed
- incorrect data provided by the customer
In such cases, you will be immediately informed, and any payment made will be fully refunded.
